Georgia Remote Viewing Institute

The common question is why this cue was chosen. The target is basically the next establishment of a planetary colonization outside of our galaxy by earthly-human means. Regarding to curtain sources from someone I've spoken to, he tells me its plausible that this likely even will happen that soon. I initially thought it was going to be at least hundreds and hundreds of years from now but the data is pointing to closer to this year. In this case study report, I will disclose when this event will occur.

I was first intrigued by the cue because any remote viewer knows the value of the cue which some still hold proprietary to their own discovery because it's like having the key to a breakthrough. By giving it away would be like giving away the farm, as some would say.

When you know of sources or whistle blowers who are researching technology (or Alien technology as tacky as that may sound) that are working on things like this, suffice it to say that we have this technology based on their expert opinions. But I wouldn't know unless I saw it myself. But thats where one would use remote viewing to see if what they're talking about is legit. So I would then wonder when it would be achieved, if the remote viewing data shows that it will be accomplished in the first place. Then cues like this can be ran. It's not far fetched that this technology is available because of whats happening over the horizon soon. Of course when something is going to happen to our Earthly planet, one would suspect that government or other is going to establish a colony somewhere else.

During the first year of Ingo Swann's involvement with Standford Research Institute, they studied him and eventually brought in other psychics to run different tests. But a good amount of testing went into hiding photos and objects in boxes and envelopes and then were asked to Remote View what was in them. Ingo Swann keyed the term Remote Viewing before there was any Coordinate Remote Viewing structure. As more experiments and discoveries were made over the next few years, RV had evolved. By the time Ingo had invented structured RV, the old closing of the eyes method had evolved into this prototype technologically structured RV. Hal Puthoff was a scientist who pushed for scientific explanation but only merely suggested that the mechanics of RV ran on a quantum level. I'm not here to elaborate on that. My point is that everything evolves. Remote Viewing evolved from what Ingo called the closing of the eyes method, "Stone age and early development stages". Be aware that the experiments done here on Facebook's Remote Viewing group reenacts this experiment that has already been done thirty years ago during the stone age era of Remote Viewing, in modern time. I'm not saying it's the same controlled environment but even that idea of experimenting under strict controlled environment has evolved as well. Just like when Puthoff and everyone's involvement with the Psi Spies unit were pondering whether RV works or not. It was no longer a question if it worked. It became a ponder of it's application and what else they could use it for. Lets begin.

Perceiving is the innate faculty that human beings have possessed since birth. Remote Viewing is the vehicle which we apply that to for consistent results. Nevertheless, it's structured ESP that is learned as a teachable skill. In my experience since 2004, people don't know what "skill" means. By reading this, I hope that will register for you. So, my point is that perceiving is innate. That said, what I've done is interacted an email and I reached in and pulled out for any remote viewers of at least intermediate level from over one thousand members from Facebook and from my Georgia RVI Meetup group about a Remote Viewing Chronos project and to comply by emailing their RV results before the deadline. The reason to require experienced participants would be to mitigate any difficulty for the task master to distinguish which direction in time; due to not enough data or if the sessions were off target or if results were fluctuating. In a professional setting with trained remote viewers, we would be able to run the project with fewer operators who'd produce more reliable data, individually.

But what was I going to expect from the Remote Viewing group on a page like Facebook? The majority of real Remote Viewers who pay attention to every detail and serious practitioners wouldn't dream of looking up "Remote Viewing" on Facebook to begin with, so much as to join one. People have negative notions about Facebook including myself who disliked it for the longest time.

The deadline for the initial anchor session rolled around and when I looked to see who complied to participate, the majority of them weren't trained viewers. If I was to continue with this Chronos project, it would become an experiment because no expert would consider them as a team, so much as to even look at their sessions. So this team was composed of people who were highly intuitive or possessed some sort of ability that they were aware of to "see things". Only one of them invested in RV training.

Speaking of numbers, 1,100 people were notified of the Chronos project. 20 replied in email to express their interest to participate. 7 actually put forth the effort and interest. 7 out of 1,100 who ask questions and are curious about Chronos, and positive toward helping research Remote Viewing in general. I appreciate that because all you ever see is RVers who just talk talk talk. But when an opportunity comes to set aside our remote viewing theories, and begin to work together to get things done, all you can really say is, "We'll see you out there on the court"

It is imperative that the personnel involved in a remote viewing, both Project Manager and viewer, do not discuss the specifics of project data while the target is still being investigated. The reason this is necessary is during the development and operational use of RV in the military they discovered what they call "telepathic overlay"; by discussing session results it is possible for any/all members of the team to inadvertently influence the future data collection process and therefore skew the results of the project. The entire team should adhere to a strict communications blackout and not discuss their session data with anyone until after the project has gone through final data analysis by the Project Manager and/or the lead data analyst.

The anchor sessions were already posted. This project would resume as an experiment upon this second (error) strike due to me breaking protocol. Just a matter of protocol and mitigating any potential errors or misconstruction caused by analysis to keep it tight, I informed everyone that I wasn't able to disclose any target feedback until the project was complete. Considering that experienced viewers are being trained to be on target and solve for unknowns, sessions without feedback becomes somewhat a regular thing. Although feedback would be nice to have, especially for those starting out, we're dealing again with advanced methods that require intermediate viewers. Nevertheless, I allowed a lot of leeway for this Chronos project that I would not allow when running standard remote viewing targets and problem solving. The system of Chronos cushioned the consequences. As long as I was willing for the "backup" cushion to impinge  on me, that allowed anyone to sue their own method, including unstructured means and natural free-form psychics to participate.

Of course, using other means than Remote Viewing (unstructured methods and naturals), they tend to know how their natural abilities work. They ask me what they can do to get better session results but there's nothing effective I can really say because more of their own experiences and tweaks. There's no foundation and structure for my to go off of. The best I could do is answer hours and hours of questions and discuss what we do as Remote Viewers. Other than that, I've actually been leaving it all them how do better.

The experiment involved the idea to use participants who were aware of some kind of ability and to see how well it worked against these Remote Viewing projects utilizing some Remote Viewing protocol prior and after completion of the session that was executed by methods of their own. I tried to make it clear to not mix Remote Viewing method that utilizes protocol to run a RV session with the method they're doing because they will counter each other. I demanded that if they wanted to learn RV, that they don't incorporate those teachings to the current Chronos project. I offered to teach them and develop the RV skill through the next Chronos project.

In the attempt to help improve data results and target signal, I applied some RV protocols to be sure to write the TRNs strictly before accepting session data and careful not to write the TRNs after it's completion. By Phase 5, I produced the video to demonstrate and elaborate verbally, thus it was easier to grasp for new learners of RV.

The First TIme Effect: where the first few sessions are of high accuracy, or "Beginner's Luck" is a Remote Viewing thing. Then it's followed by a slow gradually increasing better as you elbow the edges and churn through the RV phases; it's normal and every remote viewer goes through it. In regards to the Chronos project, something similar if not that, happened to all the participants except the viewer who used structure. The problem was that they didn't have a foundation or structure to build from, to rise from. The first few sessions were great. Well, somewhat distinguishable. But by "Phase 8", meaning this was the eighth session the group had ran, there was a significant drop of accuracy. This usually happens with people who claim that they themselves had figured out a way for high accuracy without practice. It saturates quickly and I don't see why people refuse to learn from this and invest in learning it the correct way.

I noted to myself,

"The last five sessions were off target, off target, and getting worse and worse and saturating to the point where no data was distinguishable when comparing them to the associated reference photos. The only one that is remotely close is the remote viewer using structure and was significantly improving".

He and I were describing the same things and word-descriptions were the same words. I ended up having to run the session with them for the remainder of the project and further this observation and research to it's completion.

Remote Viewers do the work. They improve as they continue to do more sessions. It took ten sessions to pinpoint that the establishment will occur in fall of this current year of twenty ten. From here, we could do more work to pinpoint down to the month, to the week, to day, and so forth. Then it bubbled up to realization that of the nine iterations we did, I didn't experience any bleed-thru. It humored me it didn't impinge on the Chronos protocol or the operators. The project began with a decent level of accuracy and motivation and ended on a thin thread. I thank the participants for following through like that because it shows potential. It takes dedication, time and money to learn RV. They deserve to learn RV and I would teach it to them if they want me to.
